Change Restoring Aura into a toggled ability. While active, allies within the radius gain the buffs, and they persist for a duration afterwards. Same for Radiant Aura. 

This toggle does not prevent you from doing anything, it just toggles the aura on and off.

While it is on, a golden circle shows around you. This may even be visible to enemies, that is why you have the ability to toggle it off.

Double tap or hold the ability button while it is disabled to pulse it instead of toggling it on, doing the same thing its current version does.
