Ultimate
Ethereal Form
You cannot be hit, nor can you attack, for X seconds.
You are locked in standing position and cannot crouch.
You are rendered 99% invisible and cannot be revealed.
You are 99% immune to fall damage.
Most enemies will not spot you, however NPCs with revealing effects will still see you as if you are standing even though they cannot reveal you.
This is so it's not too broken in Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood daily missions. Raid and Black Sacrament.

Ghastly Dive
Scare Ability
Point at a target and send a Ghost at them from above. If the target does not block or dodge, they are afflicted with Fear and Stunned for 3 seconds.
This ability may also deal some Frost damage
Ice Wave
You send a small Ice Cyclone forward, dealing Ice damage to and snaring anyone hit. This snare can stack multiple times and can even freeze the target solid.
Fade
You are rendered invisible while channeling.
The cost increases over time.
If you run out of magicka, you are briefly stunned.
Ethereal Escape
You dodge to a targeted place some distance away.
You are immune to martial damage during this dodge.
You can use this ability to safely fall off a multi story tower by targeting the area over where you wish to fall, you will remain ethereal until you are safely on the ground. Try not to target a cliff face, you might become un-ethereal up high.
Passives
Granted Free
Ghostly: You can hold jump to levitate small distances, allowing you to get to some places normal people can't. You can Glide when falling. Both lift and Glide use Stamina.
Max height is max elevation granted by casting Arcanist Portal up to a cliff. This applies to Lift.
Lift flows into glide. Both have the same cost. Their cost is sprint cost.
Ethereal
Take less martial damage and less fall damage, but take more magic damage
Evasive
Snares are less potent against you and don't last as long on you
Flowing Magic
You have extra magicka and magicka regeneration
Hard to See
Reduced the radius you can be detected, doubly when sneaking.
While invisible you reduce the radius others can detect you by 70%. This does counter Detection Potions.
Given
You take less martial damage but more magic damage
You have improved destruction staff gains
You are classified as Undead
Ethereal - further reduce martial and fall damage taken
