Mk A: Skyrim
Ultimate: Transformation.
You have two weapon bars. Primary is Magic, Secondary is Claws. You might need to be level 15+ to use claws bar.
Powers:
Basic Attacks
Magic: Drain Life. Deals 2k-5k damage to the target and everyone around them, healing you for 25%-100% of the damage done.
Secondary: Claws. Deals 5k physical damage. Killing with a heavy attack on a humanoid target causes you to feed on them and restores hitpoints. May resist or be immune to the reduction from battle spirit.
Below will be Skyrim's Powers, and then will have altered versions to make more suitable for ESO.

Lasts 3-5 seconds (Compared to 23 in Skyrim).
Skyrim's has a 33 second cooldown. ESO will probably be a 4k+ Magicka cost that ramps up with rapid casting, taking 2-3 seconds after the effect ends to wear out.
Supernatural Reflexes
Skyrim: 23 second duration, 45 second cooldown. Time slows to a near halt, but the caster is unaffected.
ESO: Probably a speed spell, might even have evasion or force buffs.
Blood Magic
Drain Life
Skyrim: 50 damage blast and heal for damage done. Base hitpoints is 100, so that is insane damage. Equipped to right hand and cannot be changed.
ESO: Magic mode, like skyrim. Always equipped like skyrim. Light and heavy attacks, like ESO.
Raise Dead
Consume a corpse to raise a zombie for 30 seconds or until it dies. Can only have one at a time.
Vampiric Grip
Pull Ability.
Skyrim: Channeled.
ESO: Oneoff like Dragonknight's chain ability.
Summon Gargoyle
Skyrim: Summon a gargoyle for 60 seconds.
ESO: probably similar.
Corpse Curse
Skyrim: Freeze a target for 10 seconds.
ESO: 3-5 second stun. Might be blockable, or might be unable to be blocked. Probably blockable.
Other Abilities
Night Cloak
Skyrim: gives you a passive swarm of bats whenever you are in combat, damaging enemies and healing you.
ESO: Probably a morph
Poison Talons
Skyrim: passive boost to melee mode
ESO: Probably a melee mode ability/spammable

Current Mesmerize.
Embrace of Shadows
Invisibility spell.
Skyrim: cast once per day, lasts 60 seconds.
ESO: either like Nightblade's cloak or as a channeled ability.
Possible ESO Skill List:
Ultimate: Scion Transformation. Changes your attacks and abilities to suit the form. In Scion form, your Ultimate is Revert Form.
Cost: Unknown. Duration: Unknown.
May boost your max resources in this form.
Does have a (somewhat) lengthy animation, just like Skyrim. Or like current.
Base Abilities
Ranged Mode has light attacks that damage enemies and heal you for the damage caused, and heavy attacks that deal direct damage to the initial target and AoE damage to everyone around them, dealing damage and healing you for the damage caused.
Melee Mode has more powerful light and heavy attacks. Killing with a fully charged heavy attack on a humanoid target causes you to feed on them, increasing the duration of the ability (if it has a duration) and healing you completely. This has at least a 1 second animation lock, like Feeding.

Night Cloaked Scion
You now have a swarm of Bats around you that damage nearby enemies and heal you for the damage caused.
Human Form Spells:

If it needs a stage, usable at Stage 1 or higher.

Toggle on an enemy. Toggles off when out of magicka or out of range, or you toggle it off.
Heals you for the damage caused. Magic Ability.

Similar to Psijic Order's Mend Wounds, you convert your light and heavy attacks into magicka costing magic damage ranged abilities that damage enemies and heal you for the damage caused.

Mk1: free toggleable ability that allows you to see better in the dark while it is active. No morphs.
Mk2: Crit booster or something, allows you to see better in the dark while it is active.

If it needs a stage, usable at Stage 2 or higher.
It's basically the current Mesmerize.
Embrace of Shadows.
If it needs a Stage, usable at Stage 3 and 4, or just Stage 4. Skyrim was 4.
Mk1: Spammable like Nightblade's Cloak.
Mk2: Channeled Ability
consume magicka per second to be invisible
Might allow you to sprint while cloaked this way, or have a morph for that
Morph A: If not already granted, grant the ability to sprint with this ability active.
Morph B: Grants a bonus or resists revealing effects. May grant immunity to detection potions if nothing yet resists it. Honestly I think detection potions should Not be able to see through invisibility.

Allows you to see enemies through walls via highlight.

A) partial to full refund if target is immune to pull
B) Turns it into a launch ability. If target is affected, it will pull them to the caster, then send them up and away in the direction the caster is facing, which can be rotated mid pull. Gives the target CCI after being launched and upon landing.
Players take light to medium fall damage if they land even with the caster. If thrown atop a structure or down a cliff, it can be less or more respectively.
NPCs take landing damage if they don't take fall damage. If thrown off a cliff, it's a guaranteed kill, although in some cases it's just a high damage boost and the enemy will return shortly. If the enemy were to unagro due to where they were sent, they instead die. If they had loot, a box will spawn at the caster's feet since they can't reach the corpse. Likewise, if the target would have generated a corpse for a necromancer or templar, the corpse spawns at the caster's feet for them to use.
Summon Gargoyle
Summon a gargoyle for 60 seconds. Can only have one at a time.
Morphs:
A: Summons a second Gargoyle for 30 seconds.
B: Stronger and Tougher Gargoyle.
Corpse Curse
3-5 second stun. Might be blockable, or might be unable to be blocked. Probably blockable.
Morph Possibilities
(If base is blockable) Upgrades to cannot be blocked.
Increase stun duration.
Apply debuffs.
Poison Talons
Melee mode ability/spammable, kind of like Eviscerate or Poison Talons (DK)
