Theoretical Efficiencies

• Sword & Shield, Heavy Armor, Khajiit, Nightblade, Guarded Stance, Immovable, Pierce Armor, Lotus Fan, Spell Wall, Cloak, Infused Bracing Jewelry = 102% Mitigation and 0 cost, but cannot move, heavy stamina cost to keep Immovable up

  • Doesn't work. Still a cost after jewelry. Hard reduction occurs before percentile. I was afraid of that.

  • There is a mitigation cap at 90%.

    • 50% base mitigation. Add % more block mitigation = halve for true effect. That is also why most buffs to block mitigation are even values.

  • Mitigation with this build:

    • 50% base

    • Shield/Ice Passive: 20% more = 10% (60%)

    • Shield with Guarded Stance: 10% more = 5% (65%)

    • Immovable: 5% more per piece = 2.5% per piece, = 12.5%-17.5% (5-7 pieces) (72.5%-82.5%)

• Sword & Shield, 6 Heavy, K, NB, GS, PA, LF, SW, C, IBJ, Anchored Blocker, On Guard, Champion block passive, CCI buffs, = 100% Mitigation at 0 cost, snared 16%, 7th armor may be Snow Treaders if it procs On Guard, though current intel says otherwise.

  • Passive CP: 4% more = 2%

  • Anchored: 20% more = 10%

  • On Guard: 10% more = 5%

  • With previous = 72%-77% at all times

    • 77%-82% On Guard Proc

    • 84.5%-89.5% [87%] (Cap 90%) Immovable

      • 89.5%-94.5% [92%] (Cap 90%) Immovable with Shield with Stance version

    • 89.5%-94.5% (Cap 90%) On Guard with Immovable

      • 94.5%-99.5% (Cap 90%) On Guard with Immovable and Shield and Stance
