Incapacitating Strike
Ravage an enemy with a swift strike, dealing 3840 Disease Damage and causing them to take 20% more damage from your attacks for 8 seconds. If cast with 120 or more Ultimate, you instead deal 4223 Disease Damage, stun the enemy for 3 seconds, and increase the duration of the damage taken effect to 12 seconds.
Deals Disease Damage. Improves the ability significantly if cast with more Ultimate.
I am sad they removed Reave from it.

"active passive bar" means the passive bar tied to the currently active bar. Like you have primary and secondary ability bars and weapons, you also have primary and secondary passive ability bars. If your primary weapon bar is active, then the primary passive bar is also active, or as I refer to, "Active Passive bar." Likewise for secondary weapon, secondary passive bar would be the "active passive bar."
Assassin's Blade
Thrust a magic blade with lethal precision to stab an enemy, dealing 1161 Magic Damage. Deals 300% more damage to enemies below 25% Health.
As Passive: Deal increased damage to targets below 25% HP within melee range.

Killer's Blade
Thrust a caustic blade with lethal precision to stab an enemy, dealing 1161 Disease Damage. Deals up to 400% more damage to enemies with less than 50% Health. Heals you for 2399 if the enemy dies within 2 seconds of being struck.
Converts into a Stamina ability, deals Disease Damage, and now scales linearly based on missing Health rather than a flat value. Also heals you if the target dies within two seconds of use.
Deal increasingly more damage to foes in melee range who are below 50% HP as their health gets lower. They must be within melee range. If a target you harmed in melee range dies within 2 seconds, you receive healing.

Heals you if an enemy dies within 2 seconds of being affected by your execute scaling. Just slap them when they are below 50%, if they die within 2 seconds you get a heal.
Notes to devs about base ability: Please add a max benefit point. As Killer's Blade is now, you never really pass 350% in common scenarios.
Also, why'd you remove the ability to have max execute scaling when using on an unaware enemy from stealth? That was fun when we could do that. Felt like a real Nightblade back then. That's not just Killer's Blade, but all versions of the ability (at least Assassin's Blade, it's understandable for Impale since it's ranged.)
Teleport Strike
Flash through the shadows and ambush an enemy, dealing 1392 Magic Damage and afflicting them with Minor Vulnerability for 10 seconds, increasing their damage taken by 5%.

Fully Charged Heavy attacks is probably going to be common, but forcing it will hurt many builds.
Cast with ability type gives it variety, but for some abilities might make it too frequent, like Mark.
Conditional requirements might help, but can also lock it if too conditional. Some might like that, some not.
Like: While a mark is active, this effect cannot be recast. Secures the target, but prevents them from swapping the target even if they wanted to.
Just using Mark as an example.
