Also means it can be more powerful or even OP because everyone can get it

You Screech into the air causing all nearby enemies to freeze in place in Fear, Stunned (inflicts fear and stun against all enemies in the radius, for the duration, including against those who enter the radius later)

You teleport to your target causing them to freeze in fear. Your face stays close to theirs as you suck life from them into yourself. They remain weakened afterwards.
The target is frozen in place by Fear and maybe Stun, the ability deals damage every second to the target and heals the caster for the damage caused. The target is inflicted with a random debuff that weakens them after the ability is over.

You get abilities of your target and their weaponry, with a permanent synergy or ability to exit host, which kills the host
you might rather use the host for a while first
When in combat, any minion-class target below 25% HP can be possessed
Most T1s below 10% can be possessed
Some bosses can be possessed after they get very low in HP
Doubtful that you could possess a dragon, that would be fun to see

The point of this perk is immunity to martial at the cost of magic is deadly to them
Reduce Fall damage taken (max 75% from this perk)
For this perk and the Champion perk, the larger occurs first and the other effects the remaining fall damage, so that one cannot be completely immune to fall damage
Chance to completely negate a hit of damage taken while blocking
effects every hit of damage, the chance is low however so don't count on being immune through this perk
This perk is the reason why block mitigation is originally halved
Chance to auto dodge each incoming attack
This perk is the reason why Armor value was originally halved
Reduces the negative effect that halves block mitigation, allowing your block mitigation to be more effective and closer to it's true or original potential

Sneaking where nothing is around has no sneak cost, but when an entity that can detect you is within 75 meters then you have stamina costs for sneak... makes this perk almost not possible... Devs can lower this distance to give this effect more use if they so wish
