This armor is really really heavy. It is very thick, unlike Heavy Armor. It grants insane protection, but you are very slow. Almost all of your strength is put into keeping yourself upright.

Tank Armor Bonuses
Each piece of Tank Armor does the following:
Reduces damage taken from Martial attacks by 3% (buffed)
Increases the amount of damage blocked by 3% (buffed)
Increases damage done with Bash by 30
Reduces your damage taken while immune to crowd control by 3% (although buffed, might not be useful if hits cap)
Reduced the movement speed penalty of bracing by 10% (added)
Increases the ceiling for damage resistance. Cannot exceed 99%.
Tank Armor Penalties
Each piece of Heavy Armor does the following:
Increases damage taken from Magical attacks by 3% (increased)
Reduces the Movement Speed bonus of Sprint by 2% (minor increase)
Increases the cost of Roll Dodge by 10% (increased)
Increases the size of your detection area while Sneaking by 10%
Reduces movement speed by 10% (added)

Tanky Resolve
Increases your armor (physical and spell resistance) by 686 for each piece of Tank Armor equipped
Constitution
Increases your Health Recovery by 4% for each piece of Heavy Armor equipped. You restore 108 Magicka and Stamina when you take damage for each piece of Tank Armor equipped. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds.
Tanky Juggernaut
Increases your Max Health by 3-4% for each piece of Tank Armor equipped.
Revitalize
Increases the Magicka or Stamina your Heavy Attacks restore by 4% for each piece of Tank Armor worn.
Rapid Mending
Increases your healing received by 1% for each piece of Tank Armor worn.
