Counts as all 3 staves in one. That's literally it. That itself has mythic class power, if the user has all the skills.
Abilities
Elemental Rage gains the +15% damage of Fiery Rage, the extra 2 seconds of Thunderous Rage, and the 3 second immobilizing power of Icy Rage.
Wall of elements gains: increased damage to burning enemies, sets concussed enemies off balanced, chilled enemies are snared and have less armor, and allies gain damage shields that ice wall grants.
Destructive Touch applies all 3 elemental status effects.
Destructive Clench splits the damage into 30% frost, 34% fire, and 34% shock, and knocks back the enemy, has Major Maim, immobilizes and taunts them, and it has an explosion that does the same to enemies nearby the target. Perhaps lose the taunt. Too many taunts already anyways. Plus they seem to want to avoid aoe taunts at all costs.
Impulse gains: Impulse Afterburn, Minor Protection, and increases damage based on number of enemies hit.
Passives
Tri Focus: Fully Charged Heavy Attacks grant a damage shield and deal area damage and apply Tri Focus burning effect to all enemies hit. Blocking costs Magicka instead of Stamina.
Ancient Knowledge: damage done with DoT, direct, channeled, and status effects are increased. Block costs are reduced and block mitigation is increased (aka increases the amount of damage you can block).
The Heavy Attack is a charged bolt of all elements, similar to fire or frost.
