How to express do and don't

Mando'a does not use "do" as a helper verb. Instead, when the negative particle (ne, nu) is before a verb, translate it into English as "don't." Obviously, it isn't a direct translation, but the negative particle serves the same purpose in this case. (The negative particle with any other type of word is translated differently.)

Narir means "to act"; based on example sentences, other definitions given for narir, and associated words, narir means "to do" as in "to put into effect" or "to execute a command." Meanwhile, vaabir is a general sense of "to do" as in "to perform an action."
