Las Vegas people need to know and remember the foundation created from 10+ years of Team Zappos hard work, dedication to a higher purpose, set of solid core values and principles that not only resulted in an insanely profitable business changing the landscape of DTLV but a proven methodology of science based evidence of happiness. Delivering happiness lays out the scientifically proven tactics and behaviors required to beat the “sin” out of our city.
- 10+ years of grinding WOW success
- proving social science through the Delivering Happiness company core values model,
- Choosing to sell to Amazon, I mean just getting offer alone is HUGE
- Getting a 20 year lease signed with a local investor and Real Estate company-RGG who is owned by a guy who didn’t cheat to beat the Las Vegas market
- Choosing Downtown Las Vegas vs taking the money and running and creating the Downtown Project
- Including the community in the “campus” as a whole vs doing like Nike Town
- Supporting our fearless visionary leaders Tony, Fred, Willy, The Goodmans and many other
- Tony is to Downtown Las Vegas as Walt is to Disneyland and Team Zappos is to Downtown Las Vegas Project as Imagineers are to Disney
