I am from the Lion and the Lamb
The Body and Blood.
The bible and the cross.
I am from the woods,
And the cornfields.
I am from The playgrounds,
And the pastures.
I am from the snow,
And the leaves.
I am from the Bible,
And the church.
I am from the paint brush strokes,
And the shot put throws.
I am from the family owned bar,
And the homemade mac and cheese.
The drag racing car,
And the loving memories.
I am from the first bike ride,
And the first homerun.
