1. Do up the recipients list, get the names from...
1. The existing names that have applied for Soup Kitchen extra packs.
2. The regulars that we recognize/recommend (who are already in our Love on Wheels / Blessing Bags recipient lists).
3. The Soup Kitchen patrons that we recognize/recommend (BUT not on any of our lists).
2. Start with 50 pax daily (1 person 1 box, except those who have applied for extra earlier on).
a. From Monday to Friday, we will be able to feed the 250 pax (the usual figure), but each one receives only ONCE a week.
b. We will have a daily name list for us to check and monitor the collection and control the distribution. Only those names in our list are entitled to the daily collection. Therefore, no extra identification (e.g. cards, etc) needed.
c. For those who are in need, we can have them come more than 1 day (maybe every day) since we are cooking every day.
d. Along the way, we will do the Heart-to-Heart Interview with the people and add on to the daily distribution, meaning, we will cook more than 50 packs on a certain day.
3. Distribution Time (This is to spread out the crowd)
11.00 am - 11.30 am --> Batch 1 (25 people)
11.30 am - 12.00 pm --> Batch 2 (25 people)
4. When to Start?
We are thinking to start in, latest, June, now we monitor the current number of cases first.

*It should be done in 5 to 10mins time.
