WHEN?

• Gather at 10.45 am for a Briefing and do all the preparation.

• To leave by 11.15 am in a van.

• Come back around 12.15 pm when the Lunch Distribution is over.

WHAT TO BRING ALONG?

1. A fully charged phone with internet access.

   1. Be ready to share your hotspot with the residents.

   2. Change all hotspot password to "password".

2. FLGS Leaflet (with log-in info) to distribute to the community.

3. A laptop to show our programs.

STEPS:

1. Install WhatsApp.

2. Install ZOOM.

3. Add Samuel's number.

4. WhatsApp the name of the person with "SLY [SPACE]" to Samuel's phone.

5. Samuel to send WhatsApp the link to the person.

6. Set their name correctly for them in the ZOOM.

7. Later, Samuel will open a group for them.

8. Remind them to come in earlier! and dress in white / black.
