Hi friends, Oct & Nov 2022 SK & LOWs schedule is up! Please be informed Oct onwards, Nobel students won't be able to serve in LOW and soon some schools will be busy their concert etc, so because of this, its time for Foundation staff to back in action! Foundation team will be scheduled for LOWs, so take note on the day assigned to Foundation.
There will be three teams (A, B, C) on rotation to go, it will be indicate on the schedule. All u need to do is to know which team u are in, get ready ur green apron or blue / red apron (if there is vegetables), gather in LOW house at 4.45pm.

*Cilla will be excused from this because of day-care.
Do know that this LOW Team is different from your on call duty. On call duty main for the days that we lack of manpower, especially when there is vegetables distribution or FG / volunteers last mins couldn't make it, that's where on call people will be there to help. Therefore, if happens that clash with your LOWs on call duty, you are responsible to swap or get ur own replacement and keep Ms Tracy / Paul informed.

1. We will be preparing the green aprons for those who don’t have.
2. we will be keeping 3/4 aprons at LoW hse.
3. Aunt Kala can help to wash and iron the aprons.
4. wash once in a week.
5. after use, I will ask Aunt Kala to spray the aprons with sanitizer.
6. We only preparing the disposable glove, sleeve, raincoat and wet tissue(FOC).(Most welcome if can do some donations)
7. For new aprons, every volunteer MUST buy the aprons.

Proposal to Give out LoW Food Packs to Our Jinjang Community
When we give out the Blessing Bags on Wednesdays outside the Hospitality Room, we are giving to those who are entitled, their LoW food packs (1 week supplies) as well.
When we give out the Food Provision on 2/11/20 outside the Love on Wheels House, we are giving to those who are entitled, their LoW food packs (1 week supplies) as well.
The rest of the people who have registered with us for LoW food packs will be called to collect their food packs on different days and time, at the outside of the Love on Wheels House.

In total, there are 277 recipients, but 357 packs will be packed and given out, as some bigger households more than 1 food packs.
Not sure if everyone will come but this is a good opportunity for us to assess their "neediness" for the food packs.
There are 6 families we will deliver to them as they are senior and immobile, moreover no family members could help to collect from us.

Some updates on Monday LoW & monthly Food Provision Blessings Bag, which need your attention.
1. We propose to move Fadasan LoW time from 5:15pm to 5pm and Beringin from 5pm to 5:10pm.
As we have more homes to send food provision at Beringin, but no delivery at Fadasan yet.
After we give out LoW at Fadasan, van can move & park at Beringin to complete the tasks.
2. After LoW at Beringin, we will do Food Provision delivery. Total 16 families. We park & delivery, no traveling involved.
3. 2 Teams for Food Provision at Beringin:
Persis + Anusuia
Tracy + Lam + Muthu.
4. 1 Team (Rebekah + Priscilla) cover Jinjang Selatan on Food Provision delivery, 5 families. These 5 families are scattered.
5. 3 Teams cover PPR Sri Aman. To cover 17 families Food Provision.
