Food Provision Guideline

1. Our food provision distribution is on every 1st Wednesday of the month, from 10.30am - 1pm and 3pm - 4.30pm.

2. Please collect your provision from the Love-on-Wheels House (the warehouse).

3. Please come within the time slot given to avoid crowds.

4. You are required to show your Foundation ID card for identification.

5. If you need to change your timing, please call us at 03-5880 5027 / 012-224 9833 or WhatsApp 010-789 5027 before or on the Wednesday. Otherwise, the Foundation would not reserve any provision for you.

6. The Foundation reserves the right to make any changes to this guideline without prior notice.

Photo-taking of Food Provision

1. Take photo of every recipient for our records and as a proof.

2. The food provision items to be placed on a table, the recipients just stand behind the table for photo taking.

3. Add on the extra items to the table e.g. diapers, milk powders or any additional donated items if applicable.
