Following are some examples of KRA or Goals (SMART goals). Should be aligned with the company NGOs or culture.
1. Improve on Job Skills from 5 to 8 specifically in interview skill or class management skill (education) or etc
2. Initiative or proactive.

3. Communication (verbal or written)
Give a presentation or talk once a year or write one correspondence letter or parent information leaflet.

Auntie Clarine is pleased to know about our system in place, and knew that we have done the P.A. once in the first quarter of last year.
She requested for us to do one more to wrap up the year 2021 well, but not in hurry, get it done by Mid-January also can. She said from now on, do at least 2 times in a year. I would say we do it by 20th January 2022.
My advice for us is, we based on the 1st appraisal, we see any adjustment to be made or not, from there we fill up the appraisal forms for closing of 2021.
@Yue Shan If you could get the forms photostated and distributed to us accordingly?
Meanwhile, she has ask to review the items in the P.A. form. I will match them to the "Foundation Culture" - to make sure the things we want to live out are all covered.
