Refer to the "Hari ini". It is a time to disseminate important and urgent information and instructions for the day, as well as a time for "ingatan" (reminders).

Weekly Meeting of the Core Group / Senior Management with the Founder (1 hour - 3 hours or more) - Auntie Clarine / Samuel
To go through last week's meeting minutes, meeting agenda of the day, and any other business.
Weekly Meeting of the Senior Management (15-30 mins) - Samuel
To go through the important upcoming activities of the week and see to the manpower and job assignment.
Weekly Meeting of Foundation Staff (30 mins) - Samuel & Senior Management
To bring the staff together for the impartation of important information and instructions and to go through the important activities of the week, and update of things done, doing and to do.
This is also the time that we would like to have the Person In-charge of each Department / Services to be prepared to present
- Updates of each Departments / Services (some general information e.g. current no. of clients/beneficiaries)
- Things Done (accomplishment and achievement, or praise reports)
- Things Doing (e.g. the projects in hand)
- Things To Do (in the near future e.g. two weeks from now, next month, etc)
Also, think about
- The physical surroundings - any improvements needed? how about maintenance? things to purchase?
- The operating system - are all the procedures in place? Does anything need to reinforce? to revisit a certain work flow?
- The spirituality of the teammates - about the moral values, attitude toward their work and people around, having good morale?

Preschool ZOOM hours is not enough, to extend it.
Promised to children to cook together, to have children come in batches.
Teacher to call each child, make small talks, speak their language... to have positive action, but not more than 5mins. Certain teachers that cannot, let the supervisors to call them.
