We have two denominations of angpow:
RM 30 - Helper + General Worker
RM 50 - Office staff (Executive level and above)
On staff's birthday, they wil be given a birthday card (with message by the Manager + company stamp) & an angpow inside the envelope. The Manager hand it to the staff on their actual birthday. These angpow is given by Foundation, credit under "staff welfare".
In our Foundation, there are 2 types of money:
(a) Staff Fund
This fund is contributed by the employees every month.
This money is used for Fun Time and the purchase of birthday meals.

The first month of staff does not need to pay for it.
The birthday month of the staff also does not need to pay for it.
(b) Piggy Bank
All money from the sales of recycled items go into the piggy bank, as well as the fine from staff.
This money is then used for the purchase of snacks and beverages as staff welfare; it will also be used as (monetary) rewards for staff who have outstanding performance in their work.
Exception case: the fine for replacement of access card will go into the general donation to the Foundation, no receipts will be issued, as this incurs cost from our Foundation (i.e. issuance of new access card).
Starting in 2023, every staff do not need to contribute to the Staff Fund on their birthday month!
Please have a look on this, if possible we can start with this from October onwards.
I would need staff to fill up this claim form to keep me informed on any replacement granted especially the ad hocs for example
(1) Paul handling maintenance on sat and sun or
(2) Lee Na is required to come back to Library or
(3) FLGS replacement etc.
At the same time I appreciate both of u have been trying your very best to keep me posted, let's have the staff to responsible for themselves. 👍🏻
REPLACEMENT LEAVE CLAIM FORM
- In order to claim the replacement leave granted, every staff is REQUIRED to submit this simple Replacement Leave (RL) Claim Form by the next working day after
(a) working beyond their normal working hours or
(b) working on a public holiday.
- The application to utilize any replacement leaves WILL NOT be entertained without the TIMELY SUBMISSION of a claim form.
