Lights
Turn on the light only when it is not bright enough e.g. when using the toilet.
Turn off the light when it is no longer in use.
Air-cons
Switch to 24 Celsius when the room is cool.
Turn off all air-cons when a class is ending.
Don’t turn on air-cons unnecessarily, use fans instead.
Water
Teach children to turn off the water tap when it is not in use while washing hands.
Petrol
Save van petrol by getting donors to bring stuff like clothes and small items to the Foundation.
Properties of Foundation
Take care of the things we use, so that they can be used for long a time e.g. marker pens, photostat machines.
Hygiene Products
Wet Tissues
Don’t use wet tissue unnecessarily, use disinfectant spray and tissue paper instead.
Disinfectant Sprayer Machine
Turn off the disinfectant sprayer machine after 1 hour.
Children's Capes
Use the plastic capes instead of the disposable type, teachers to sanitize rather than dispose everyday.
Reuse & Recycle Materials
Garbage bags
Throw away the garbage but not the garbage bag if it is still clean and can be reused.
Gather all the garbage in one big plastic bag instead.
Teaching Materials
Reuse anything that can be reused e.g. paper plates for activities., avoid buying and using new ones.
Bring from home of everyone e.g. vegetables to show children.
Paper
Use recycle paper instead of using new paper.
Blessing Bags
Just as the Food Provision bags, we get the recipients to bring them back to us.
Stationery
Prepare own stationaries.

Get sponsorship for every single item e.g. Food Provision
All staff is to get sponsors together as we have different connections.
Be a Contributor Ourselves
Anything we can contribute, we contribute. Don't buy and claim.
Staff can share the costs for things bought.
