• The last person that leaves (must be with valid reason to stay)

*In case the magnetic door of Lot 9A is not functioning, the last person that leaves the Office before 5.00pm must lock the grill door with the key hanging by the wooden door.

TRASH CLEARING

Dear all, here will be the duty assignment of daily trash clearing as now we do not have a cleaner to dispose the trash for us at the end of the day.

1. The Dustbin in the Office's Kitchen

Monday - Rebekah

Tuesday - Anusuia

Wednesday - Persis

Thursday - Paul

Friday - Soon Yuen

*Tracy, Yue Shan & Yin Hui will be the replacement if happens that the appointed person forgets to do so.

2. The Dustbin at the Hospitality Room's Pantry - Koon Wu

3. The Dustbin at the Community Library - Lee Na

*Please do not throw anymore perishable rubbish into the dustbins once they are cleared. You may bring it home to throw.

Water Dispenser (Water Refill)

• Koon Wu / whoever that finishes the water

*There must always be a bottle of water to be on stand-by at the side.

Turning On and Off

• Water Dispenser, Photostat Machine & Portable Wifi - Anusuia

• Air-cons, Lights, Fans - Anusuia and staff

*Must turn off everything when there is no one around.

Disposal of Rubbish / Recycle Paper

• Cleaner on-duty

*Kitchen - For perishable food / wet disposals.

*Individual - For dry disposals only.

*Recycle Bin - For paper materials only.

Duty Roster of Cleaners

3 things added for cleaning of corridor:

1. A small green garbage bag to collect all sand, dried leaves and other items, the cleaner has swept. This is to prevent she sweeps onto the pavement or road side, it defeats the purpose of cleaning; after that tie & throw in big garbage bin by the roadside.

2. Put up "Caution Wet Floor" signs. I have put 2 signs in the boy's toilet in NewKidz Hall.

3. Put a hanger to dry the corridor mop. Wet mop is not suitable to place flat. The hanging rack is full with tools for indoor use.
