A favourite as part of a meat platter, also great with egg and frites as a Flemish version of 'Ham, egg and Chips'.
This is one of those things you just cannot find in the UK, maybe due to the unfortunate trend of avoiding fat at all costs. I remember as a kid in Devon having something similar, but the French version is superb.
