Cassel, Aux Trois Moulins

A classic  Estaminet with bags of charm. 

They have some good beers, local 'Anosteké' and very local 'La Luxe du  Moulin' on tap., plus several interesting bottled beers.

The main dishes are Potjevleesch (maison), Carbonade (maison), Steak Haché, Pork Chops, Frikandelle (industrial chip shop sausage), all accompanied by Ronald's super Frites and the famous salad. 

After 60+ years in the same family, the business was sold in 2022 and fortunately the new owner has kept all the important aspects and invested in new toilets and kitchen. Ronald, the son of the old Landlord and Landlady still runs the kitchen, and provides continuity from the past. 

Beers: Luxe du Moulin, Trois Monts, Hommelbier, Kappitel Pater, Vlaamsche Leeuw Triple, Vlaamsche Leeuw Dubbel.
