Daniel started this lovely independent brewery well before the current wave of craft breweries. The fact that he managed to succeed when demand was no where near the current level is a testament to the quality of his products.
His beers are often found in all the best beer bars in Paris and he has a large export market.
On one side of the courtyard garden is a traditional Estaminet where new beer launches are hosted and various other events take place.
All his beers are for sale in the Estaminet. I would recommend especially the Etoille du Nord.
There is also B&B accommodation available in the main house.
