Fifteen years after the closure of Zannekin, Cassel again has its own brewery, located less than 5 mins walk from the Grand Place (walk under the arch opposite Cafe 'Aux Trois Moulins' and the brewery is 2 mins walk on left).
The owner/brewer Anthony has installed and impressive array of equipment and brews a blond, brown and a winter special. All beers carry the Reuze (Giant) name (a reference to Cassel's famous Carnival Giants).
Often open in the weekend for visits and beer purchases. Larger group visits can be booked via email.
