In this section you should present drawings that show how you plan to create your final product. These drawings should be at a level of detail that another person would be able to produce the product.
Dimensions and measurements of parts and materials
List of parts and pieces for the design
Drawings showing form and shape of the pieces.
A list of essential tools and equipment that is needed to create the design
These types of drawings show 3 views of an object.
There are specific ways for for creating these types of drawings.

Designers use flowcharts to describe processes and procedures. When writing computer code, designers may use a flowchart to organize the program. Product designers may use a flowchart to describe a process or steps needed to create a solution.
A flowchart is a visual representation of a process (algorithm)
Flowcharts describe the SEQUENCE and/or the RULES of steps in a process
Flowcharts identify the type of step in each process
Each shape has a particular meaning
There are many flowchart apps available. The one that we recommend, Draw.io, is free, easy to use, and integrates very well with google apps.

This is a list of the parts and pieces in a design. It is usually presented as a table. A BOM should include the following information:
Part name: the name of the part
Dimensions: The LxWxH of the piece
Quantity: How many will need to be made
Material: What material(s) it will be made of
Source: State whether the piece be manufactured by you or purchased
Creating a BOM is simple. Present the information in an organized format.
