A levitation potion enables the consumer to levitate in much the same manner as the second level magic-user spell of the same name (q.v.). 

The potion allows levitation of the individual only, subject to a maximum weight of 6,000 g.p. equivalent, so it is possible that the individual drinking the potion could carry another person.
