What to use to complete the 2025 End of Year Reviews
Below are the forms you can use to complete the 2025 review:
1. 2025 End of Year Reviews
Colleagues: Complete the form prior to your end of year review with your line manager. This review should take place between 1st January and 13th February 2026.
Managers: Ensure the review has been completed by the 13th February 2026.
Colleagues: Upload to Connect by the 27th February 2026 (My Details > Files > Employee HR Documents. Under 'Add New' enter the filename, making sure you follow the format: 2025 End of Year Review First name Last Name'. Then click 'Upload and Submit').
2. Travelodge Behaviour Framework
Managers are asked to submit a behaviour rating for each of their direct reports.
A score of 1-5 is awarded to each of the three behaviours based on the descriptions provided in the boxes below. The total behavioural score is then divided by three to give an average. For example, someone who is awarded 3 for Attention to Detail, 4 for Care about People and 2 for Drive for results has a total score of 9. Dividing this by three equals an overall behavioural rating of 3.

3. 2026 Objective Setting
Please complete this section to set your objectives / targets for the year and what success looks like. As a minimum you should have between three and five objectives / targets for the year, however you can increase this to as many as are relevant for your role.
