All new colleagues have a three month probation period when joining Travelodge. This is to provide time for you to be given all essential training, enable us to assess your ability to complete the tasks needed to an acceptable standard, and to allow you to make an informed decision about whether the role is right for you.
We may extend the your probationar period, should this be considered necessary for any reason. If this does happen, your line manager will explain it to you in full and confirm the reasons in writing.
