Once a quarter we issue a £50 eVoucher to all colleagues who have celebrated a Travelodge anniversary in the previous three months.
Use the table below to check when you will receive yours.
How do I receive my eVoucher?
We will credit a £50 eVoucher to your My Travelodge account registered with the same personal email address that we hold for you on Connect.
If you do not have a My Travelodge account set up with the email address that we hold for you then you will need to create an account, via the Travelodge website.
How do I use my eVoucher?
To use the eVoucher, log in to your My Travelodge account, add your booking to the basket, then when you check out and reach the second payment screen you will see the box at the bottom that says redeem. You can check the balance of your eVoucher at any time by logging onto your My Travelodge account, and then selecting Manage Account, you should see an eVouchers section on the left hand side.
You will be notified by email when the voucher has been credited and the Benefits Team will also post on Connect.
What happens if I don't have My Travelodge account?
If you don't have a My Travelodge account you will need to register for one on the travelodge.co.uk website.
You will be contacted if your voucher failed to upload due to there being no correct My Travelodge account. You will then have 1 month to create an account and contact benefits@travelodge.co.uk for your voucher to be reissued.
What happens if my email address isn't correct/different to what's on My Travelodge account?
The email address on your My Travelodge account needs to be the same as the one stored in Travelodge Connect. You can update your email address in the self-service section of Connect.
What can my eVoucher be used for?
The eVoucher can be used to book rooms in the UK only.
How long will the eVoucher remain in my account for?
The eVoucher will have an expiry date of six months from the date of issue. If you haven’t received your eVoucher you can contact benefits@travelodge.co.uk within 1 month, otherwise, you will lose it.
If you created your account 1 month after the month you were supposed to receive your eVoucher, we won’t be able to reissue this.
This benefit is only available to current employees and so, if you left the company before the month you were supposed to receive an eVoucher, your voucher will not be credited.
Can I use my eVoucher on Friends & Family bookings?
Yes, you can apply your eVoucher on a Friends & Family booking, made via your My Travelodge account.
