As our way of saying thanks, all colleagues are eligible to enjoy great savings on rooms, food and beverage, using your Thanks ID.

You will find your Thanks ID on Connect.
To access this benefit, you will need a My Travelodge account registered with the same personal email address that we hold for you on Connect.
If you do not have a My Travelodge account set up with the email address that we hold for you then you will need to create an account, via the Travelodge website.
After you've created your account, it can take up to a week for the discount to be applied to your account.
To access the discount you need to:
Log into your My Travelodge account via the Travelodge website, not the Travelodge app
Search for a hotel and date of stay
Under the hotel images you should see the discount banner
Click 'Apply offer', select your room rate, you should then see the booking total has been reduced in the 'booking summary' box - then check out as normal

The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers, apart from your £50 anniversary voucher.
For bookings where you will not be present please use Friends and Family discount, otherwise it may be considered as discount misuse, and can result in your benefit being taken away.
The 50% staff discount is subject to availability and a few exclusions. It’s only restricted for around 2% of room nights each year – usually during very high-demand events or peak periods at certain hotels.
If you see a banner saying the 50% discount isn’t available for your chosen stay, it means one of these rare restrictions is in place. But don’t worry – you can still book with your 10% Friends & Family discount code instead.

You will need to present your Thanks ID upon check-in (or your payslip if you are a colleague based in Spain)
For personal use only and not for Travelodge business
Valid for PrePay bookings only – please only use Visa/MasterCard Debit/Credit
More than one room may be booked, up to a maximum of nine rooms, however, you must be part of the booking
If you have booked multiple rooms, you must be present when your guest's check-in
You must be able to show photo identification (a driver's licence, passport or national ID card) or the credit or debit card used to make your booking if requested by Travelodge at any time
You will need to present a Thanks ID at the check-in otherwise you will be charged a difference.
If you booked a Saver rate - the booking is Non Refundable
If the 50% discount was not applied at the time of booking, you will not be retrospectively refunded the difference
If you leave the company you will be asked to pay the difference for the bookings made with the 50% discount

To receive your 50% discount simply show your Thanks ID at the time of paying and the bill will be automatically calculated.
The Thanks ID can only be used in the Bar Cafés and applies to food and soft drinks only. You don’t have to be staying at the hotel overnight to use it.
