October is Allyship Month at Travelodge — a chance to reflect on how each of us can help create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and supported.

We've gone back to the basics, exploring what allyship means, shared tips, guidance and created some Better Me moments that everyone can do to help them on their journey to becoming a great ally.
