Appeals

You have the right to appeal the outcome of a disciplinary hearing, a grievance hearing as well as other processes such as a flexible working request that has been denied or redundancy decision they don't agree with. 

Appeals should usually be sent to the ER team, full details of how to appeal and who you should send it to will be set out in your outcome letter. The ER team will consider your appeal and may ask you for further information before arranging an appeal hearing.
