Limitless Coaching
Since 2023, we have given over 60 level 3 colleagues an opportunity to take part in our coaching programme with our partner BetterUp, accelerating their professional and personal growth. There are 60 places available this year.
Who is this for?
Our Level 3 Managers in Sleepy Hollow who have previously completed a Limitless Classic programme.
How does it work?
Step 1: Speak with your Line Manager when having a PDP discussion, who can then nominate you (subject to eligibility criteria).
Step 2: Once enrolled you’ll complete the online whole person assessment - 150 question strengths based assessment predictive of performance, wellbeing and life satisfaction.
Step 3: Select your coach and book in your first session!
