What to use to complete the 2024 End of Year Reviews
Below are the forms you can use to complete the 2024 reviews:

2. Travelodge Behaviour Framework
Managers are asked to submit a behaviour rating for each of their direct reports (this is for all salaried roles - AOM, HM, AHM).
A score of 1-5 is awarded to each of the three behaviours based on the descriptions provided in the boxes below. The total behavioural score is then divided by three to give an average. For example, someone who is awarded 3 for Attention to Detail, 4 for Care about People and 2 for Drive for results has a total score of 9. Dividing this by three equals an overall behavioural rating of 3.
