Insight Psychometrics are powerful, research-backed tools that reveal what makes people tick, from personality and working styles to strengths and growth areas. Our workshops use these insights to help teams communicate better, work smarter, and unlock real potential.

This workshop is suitable for teams with limited or no knowledge of Insights psychometrics.  After completing a questionnaire everyone receives a personal 17 page report. Then you’ll have fun exploring your communication preferences and working styles as a team, in a highly enjoyable and interactive session  

This session is perfect if the team have already had an introduction workshop but there are now new people in the team and the dynamics have naturally shifted.  This session goes a little deeper into insights theory and also explores the concept of high-performing teams. 

Anyone new will need to complete the questionnaire/report.

For teams where each member has completed insights previously and are looking to go into more depth with how our colour energy preferences link to how we navigate change and what needs to happen in order for us to develop agility, the secret sauce of change, in an ever changing environment
