Our Internal Mentoring Programme is designed to support your professional growth by connecting you with experienced colleagues who can offer guidance, knowledge and career insights.

Who is it for?

It is for level 3 colleagues to be the mentee and for the Operating Board, level 1 and 2 Colleagues to be the mentor.
