Fact Finding & Disciplinary

Travelodge is committed to making sure any concerns are investigated thoroughly and promptly. Carrying out fact finding is a really key part of our process to determine what has happened when a concern arises. 

If you are involved in a fact finding meeting it might be that we have some concerns about something you may have done, so we need to find out more. Or it may be that you have witnessed something and we need to recrod your account of what happened. We do this in a fact finding meeting so we can ask questions and make sure we have everything covered.
