Sometimes colleagues experience stresses and strains as a result of going about their day to day work. We always encourage people to seek to resolve any issues as quickly as possible by discussing them with their manager or colleagues. If that hasn't resolved things, you may be asked to investigate a grievance. Use the guides below to help you through the process.
