All new colleagues have a probation period when joining Travelodge. This is to provide time for the colleague to receive essential training, enable us to assess the employee’s ability to complete the tasks needed to an acceptable standard, and to allow the colleague to decide whether the role is right for them.
We can extend a probation period for a total of up to six months. Any extension should be discussed with you People Services Advisor and must be confirmed to the colleague in writing.
