Here's the powerful Norwich City FC video, titled "#YouAreNotAlone" which was created to raise awareness about men's mental health and suicide prevention.
The main message of the video is that the signs of mental health struggles are often hard to spot, and it emphasizes the importance of checking in on those around you, regardless of how they may seem on the surface.
The club released the video in consultation with the suicide prevention charity Samaritans and made it freely available to encourage global use as a tool for increasing mental health awareness.
