Colleagues have the right to appeal the outcome of a disciplinary hearing, a grievance hearing as well as other processes such as a flexible working request that has been denied or redundancy decision they don't agree with.
Appeals will usually be sent to the ER team who will consider the appeal and ask for any necessary clarity. If you are asked to be an Appeal Manager use these documents to help you through the process. Remember to keep in regular contact with your ER Advisor throughout the process.
Should your ER advisor discuss any other type of appeal hearing that you may need to be involved in, they will take you through the necessary processes.
