Colleagues have the right to appeal any formal outcome including a disciplinary sanction, grievance outcome, flexible working request outcome or a redundancy outcome.
Appeals will be sent to the ER team who will consider the appeal and ask for any necessary clarity. If you are asked to be an Appeal Manager use these documents to help you through the process. Remember to keep in regular contact with your ER Advisor throughout the process.
Should your ER advisor discuss any other type of appeal hearing that you may need to be involved in, they will take you through the necessary processes.
