All hourly paid colleagues working a Bar Cafe shift from 11am to 11pm can Earn More through the Meal Deals Scheme.   

Bar Cafe teams can earn 50p on all two-course Meal Deal sales in the Bar Cafe. This 50p will then be added to a pot, which is shared fairly between the colleagues who worked the shifts.
