As a colleague of Travelodge, you will automatically be covered by our Group Life Assurance policy, which grants your nominated beneficiaries a lump sum payment in the event of your death while employed by us. The value of this benefit depends on your level and income;

To make the most of this benefit, please ensure that your beneficiaries are kept up to date. You can split your policy between one, two or three nominees.

*Please note that our policy has a cease age of 75. This means you will no longer be covered under our Life Assurance policy upon reaching the age of 75 and your nominated beneficiaries will not be eligible to receive a payment.
