Outcomes from Underperformance Hearings
After you have completed your underperformance review hearing, speak to your ER adviser to discuss next steps. Once you have agreed a way forward use one of the template letters below. Remember to send the letter to ersupport@travelodge.co.uk for review before sharing with your colleague.
