Our purpose is to ensure that all new starters have a chance to learn more about what we have to offer and understand that at Travelodge we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace, providing decent work opportunities, to learn more, earn more, and where everyone can be their true self and belong.

Every welcome morning is where new starters can step away from work, have a fun-filled day with other new starters, and activities, and gain knowledge all about Travelodge, and what we have to offer to them.
