Online Member Guide

The online area of the web site provides members with access to pay their subscriptions and maintain their personal details. To access it select the Members > Registration and Payment link. This page provides guidance on how to use it.

Logging In to the Members Area

  • Got to Members > Registration and Payment and you will see the members area home screen as shown below.

  • If you have previously registered and paid your subs online then you need to select the Login option from the menu. (You will be asked for the username and password you were e-mailed when you first registered).

  • If you haven’t previously registered, but are a member, then select the New Registration option on the menu.

Paying Your Subscription Renewal

  • Once you have successfully logged in you will see the member’s area home page.

  • If you have a subscription waiting to be paid then you will see a message prompting you to pay. Either follow the link or select Pay Subscriptions to go through the payment process.
  • For most members, outstanding payments will not be set-up in advance so go down to the instructions under - Renewing Registration or Joining for the First Time
  • The Pay Subscription screen will show you what you have previously paid and the outstanding amount you are due to pay now.

  • On the outstanding amount click the red cross under select to move on and pay.

  • Once selected the line with the payment due will be shown with a green tick and the Pay Now button will appear.

  • Click the Pay Now button to continue on to the Card Payment screen.

Card Payment

  • You will now be asked for your card details to make the payment.

  • Once you’ve done this the process is complete and you’ll receive e-mails confirming your membership for the year and a receipt for your payment.

Retrieving Your Username and Password

  • If you can’t remember your username and password to login with then check the e-mail you were sent when you previously registered on the system.

  • If you don’t have that then select the Username & Password menu option.

  • You need to put in the e-mail address you used to register with, and the system will send your login details to you.

  • The system generates usernames and passwords that are not easily memorised. It is best to go into the Update Information option once you’ve logged back in and choose a username and password that you’ll remember.

Renewing Registration or Joining for the First Time

  • There are different levels of membership you can choose based on your age and whether you want to ride in club events or not.

  • Choose the one that is relevant to you. The current cost (if any) will be displayed next to it.

  • You need to confirm that you accept the terms and conditions of club membership before proceeding on to register.

  • Read them and tick the box to continue.

  • Follow the instructions for Updating Your Details and then the Card Payment instructions to complete your registration.


Updating Your Details

  • If you are registering for the first time please fill in all the relevant details.

  • If you are already registered please take a few seconds to make sure all your details are up to date.

  • Most items are self explanatory, but there are a few worth highlighting.

  • Emergency Contact Information. Please make sure you have provided the name and phone number of someone the club can contact in the event of an emergency. Hopefully this will never be needed, but if you have an accident during a club event we need to know who to contact.

  • E-Mail. This will be used for sending you any correspondence from the club and for allowing you to recover your username and password.

  • Directory. This is a listing of members within the secure area of the website (non-members who aren’t logged in can’t see it). It shows your name, address, phone number and e-mail only. If you select yes you will be visible on the list to other members.

  • Mailing List. Set this to yes to get regular e-mails on club events and activities. If you select no, you won’t receive anything other than subscription related e-mails.
