Kinkell Bridge TT

Round 7 of the club confined TT series took place on the 24.5m Kinkell Bridge course on Wed 20th June. We're getting used to Steve Cairns' red hot form this season, but beating former club champion Julian Wang into 2nd place by 5 and half minutes on a breezy evening was exceptional. Equally impressive was the ride by Mark McGuire to take 3rd place. Mark Champion and Kevin Lancaster may be starting to get used to being beaten by their sons, but the 3 and a bit minutes Barry McGuire lost to his 14 year old son Mark must have been a bit of a shock.
