Hello
As you may be aware there is a new Duathlon taking place in Strathallan near Perth this year. Taking place on Sunday 14 April in the grounds of Strathallan School and through the village of Forgendenny this Duathlon involves a 5km run, 20km cycle and 5km run to finish.
Excellent on-site facilities including changing rooms, showers, and parking included.
Plus sponsors High 5 Advanced Sports nutrition, Lock Laces and Run4It are providing high quality prizes and goody bags for each participant.
Race start time of midday
Just £36 (£31 for Triathlon Scotland, England or Wales members) to enter with a third of your registration fee going to Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland to support our vital work.
The Duathlon is organised by Get Pedal Powered event and supports Scottish charity Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland so by taking part you’ll not only get the chance to explore the beautiful Perthshire countryside but you will also be taking action against three of Scotland’s biggest killers.
Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland funds vital research to improve treatments and understanding of the three conditions and also provides extensive phone, web and community based support for those living with a chest, heart and stroke illness, their carers and their families. All money raised in Scotland, stays in Scotland.
We’d hugely appreciate it if you could spread the word about this event to your club members – more information about the event can be found here www.chssi.org.uk/ppe
Thank you for your time
Best wishes
