The Cycle The World 24 Hour Challenge, in support of Enable Scotland, is happening on the 5th and 6th of October. The objective is to beat Mark Beaumont's mark of 18,296 miles on his world cycle, by completing laps of the Knockhill motor racing circuit in Fife. The event is open to teams of 4 riders or to solo riders if you're brave enough. Event winners will be chosen for an "experience" at the new Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome.
The event is in support of ENABLE Scotland who work with children and adults with learning disabilities. You can find more information at www.cycletheworld.org.uk
