Dunkeld Enduro - Request for Volunteers

Scot Tares of Skinny Tyres fame and general promotor of all things cycling is looking for volunteers in various guises for the newly created Dunkeld Enduro weekend -

Hi All,

I am organising the Dunkeld Enduro - Sat 3rd May and Mini Downhill - Sunday 4th May 2014 and am on the look out for some volunteers to marshall at these events. The Mini- Downhill is a Youth Event and has the Tay Titans name attached as organising club, so if your child is racing then you may be able to help out at some point.

For each event I will be able to provide a packed lunch to those helping.

The main roles are:

• Car Park attendants (first part of day only)

• Marshalls - for the Enduro these will be at various points around Dunkeld and will only be in place until the last rider passes by

• Sweeper riders for the Enduro - These riders will ride behind the last placed rider on the Enduro and notify each marshall when the race has passed. You will need a certain level of fitness and competency to ride the downhill sections of the course.

If you are able to help with any of these roles your support would be greatly appreciated. All roles are only open to those aged 16 and over.
